Fergus Style Tobago - Adults Only, Palma Nova (Mallorca)

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, modern, and clean, with a sea view and balcony. The service from all staff members was warm and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. The location was great, overlooking the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was amazing, especially at the beautiful sky bar. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a perfect vacation.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and comfy, but on the smaller side for a 5-star hotel. The noise levels were a downside, with limited insulation from outside disturbances. However, the 9th-floor room offered some nice views despite its small size.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was top-notch, being right next to Palma Nova beach and close to the bus stop, the room experience left much to be desired. The staff, especially Gloria, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Dining options were varied, but the temperature could have been better for some dishes. Facilities were satisfactory, but there were some notable issues with the rooms.

The hotel had comfortable and very quiet rooms with every possible facility, but they were a bit dated and showed signs of wear and tear. There was a massive hole in the ceiling above our sink that wasn't fixed. The location was quite good, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it received sun from midday onwards. The dining experience was good overall. The staff were friendly and tried to intimidate and cheat us, lacking professionalism and concern for our complaints.
